I’m a glass half full kind of girl. I tend to look at everything as positively as possible. In my opinion- worrying about things doesn’t help- in fact, it just hurts our ability to heal and move forward toward bigger-better things.
My goal in life is to be happy and healthy and to essentially live, laugh, and love every day with no regrets. Intentions like these help me power through the day with a smile and keep me working toward my dreams. :]
If you aren’t familiar with affirmations they are positive intentions that help us control our thoughts. They are helpful reminders that can help boost moods, increase confidence, promote self-esteem, and self-love.
I think most of us are way too critical of ourselves. There are so many daily activities that challenge us against our own strengths and competitively against friends and colleagues. It’s important to remind yourself how beautiful, talented, and special you are and how lucky the world is that you share your gifts.
Affirmations are 100% #AllAboutYou- what you want out of life, your goals, dreams, aspirations, intentions. Each meaningful statement should create a feeling of joy, confidence, and love for yourself. Whether you write them in a notebook or post them on your bathroom mirror or vanity- reading them every morning should be a reminder of how amazing you are.
